The most important thing for us is that you are satisfied with your purchase.
So, calm down, you have 15 calendar days from when you receive your product to make changes or returns.

How can I make an exchange?

Above all, if you want to make an exchange or a return, make sure that you have tried the bottom with your underwear on and you are going to return it to us without any stain and in the same condition that we have sent it. We cannot accept CHANGES or RETURNS that have dirty clothes.
 
You can make model or size changes. You have two options.

  1. You can come to our physical store to make the change. Please look at our store opening hours. Only valid for our official store (126 Laforja Street, Barcelona).
  2. To make an exchange at home, you will have to make a transference of 10€ for the shipping costs to the account number that Customer Service will provide you. In this case, contact us: info@bohodot.es

How can I return my order?

Above all, if you want to make an exchange or a return, make sure that you have tried the bottom with your underwear on and you are going to return it to us without any stain and in the same condition that we have sent it. We cannot accept CHANGES or RETURNS that have dirty clothes.
 
The process is very easy. You just have to send an email to info@bohodot.es indicating the reference of your order to have proof and send us the product you want to return to our offices:

Please, along with the product you want to return, include a paper with the reference (it is a code with 9 letters) of your order.

If you send it by Post it is mandatory to do it by CERTIFIED LETTER, never by Ordinary. With the Registered Letter, you can track the shipment while in the ordinary you can't, and it is possible that the package does not reach its destination, in which case, Bohodot does not take charge. If the package does not reach its destination, the money cannot be returned.

Once we receive it and verify it, we will pay you the amount of the product (never the shipping costs). You will receive the amount in the same way that you made the purchase: bank card or PayPal. The return process can take up to 15 business days.

The shipping cost must always be paid by the customer. Bohodot will not accept freight shipments under any circumstances.

In the event that the return is for causes attributable to Bohodot (defective product or not coincident with the reference purchased), it will be Bohodot who will bear the costs associated with this return and / or exchange.

What guarantee do the products bought in Bohodot.es have?

All products purchased at Bohodot have a guarantee for the period provided by current legislation for manufacturing defects. We have an after-sales service to solve any problem you have with our items or shipments, through which we offer fast and effective attention to our customers. Contact info@bohodot.es

The guarantee of the products purchased in Bohodot excludes their replacement in, among others, the following cases:

  • Deterioration of the product due to misuse.
  • Deterioration of the garment due to stains from aggressive products (bleach, dyes, etc.).
  • Deterioration of the garment by washing it with inappropriate detergent.
  • And, in any case, when the damage or deterioration in the products sold by Bohodot occurs due to causes beyond Bohodot's control.
